The hotel is under two miles from the church building. We’ve reserved a block of 18 rooms: 15 rooms with two queen beds each at $119 per night, and 3 rooms with a king bed at $124 per night. Grace OPC still has homes available where Presbyters can stay, so please contact Brianna if you would enjoy lodging in the home of one of our church members.

If you would prefer to stay at the nearby Holiday Inn Express & Suites, their deadline is fast approaching. Today the hotel agreed to extend their deadline to this Wednesday, August 16. After that, the block of rooms reserved for us is released to the general public and the negotiated price is no longer ensured. Rooms reserved now can be later be cancelled, if need be, even up to a few days before the meeting.

If you are the clerk of your session, please be sure this information also gets into the hands of any on your session who may be attending the fall presbytery meeting on September 8-9.
